2. Defeat Mutisha again in Kundaran Dungeon.
3. Talk to Hel Krouzer to complete the quest.

After you complete Mutisha quest, you will be given Magichenge Weapon Blueprint. Talk to Hel Krouzer to receive the quest that tells you to go to Rugor in Pine Cone Hills. Talk to Rugor and he will finally give you Magichenge Weapon Quest.
